Afw (Forgiveness)
Holding onto anger is like carrying a heavy, hot stone in your hands — the longer you hold it, the more it hurts YOU. Forgiving doesn't mean what happened was okay, and it never means keeping quiet: if someone hurts you, always tell a grown-up you trust. Forgiving means you choose to put the stone down. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ forgave even people who had hurt him badly, and Allah loves those who pardon others. Here's the amazing part: Allah asks in the Quran, 'Would you not like that Allah should forgive you?' So forgive, and hope for His forgiveness too — and your heart will feel light as a feather again.
